User Agreement

1. Your agreement with us

This User Agreement applies to your use of driveprepkit.com and the DrivePrepKit learning service provided by Winkly Limited. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement or the authorization of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy laws.

2. Independent study support

DrivePrepKit provides study materials, practice questions, explanations and learning tools for people preparing for Canadian driver knowledge tests. We are an independent educational service, not a government agency, licensing authority or official examination provider. We do not issue licences, book government tests or guarantee a passing score.

Practice questions are study materials and are not represented as actual examination questions. Requirements, road rules and test arrangements can change. Consult the current official handbook and licensing authority for your jurisdiction; our materials supplement those sources.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Your account is for your own learning; do not share, sell or transfer access. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.

Where offered, Google sign-in is an optional way to authenticate. It does not give DrivePrepKit access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Contacts.

4. Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful personal study. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, extract protected question banks through automated means, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or infringe another person's rights. Do not use the service to facilitate cheating on an official examination.

The service's branding, software and learning materials are protected by intellectual property law. We and our licensors retain our respective rights. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit protected material without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.

5. Paid access, cancellation and refunds

If paid access is offered, the checkout will identify the price, currency, applicable taxes, access period and whether the purchase is a one-time payment or a recurring subscription before you pay. Only purchase if you agree to the terms shown there.

A subscription renews and is charged at the interval disclosed at checkout unless cancelled under the stated cancellation terms. Use the billing controls made available to you, or contact support for help cancelling. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewals; it does not automatically generate a prorated refund. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

For payment problems or refund requests, contact us with your account email and order reference. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms and applicable consumer law; nothing in this agreement excludes a refund or other remedy required by law. Payment processing, where enabled, is handled through Stripe.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide useful and accurate study tools, but do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any particular learning or test outcome will result. Features and materials may change. If a change affects paid access, your rights under the purchase terms and applicable law continue to apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights. You remain responsible for safe driving and compliance with the road rules that apply to you.

7. Suspension and ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account deletion. Deleting an account and cancelling a paid subscription are separate requests; tell us if you need both.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, fraud, security risks or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and how to contact us to resolve the issue. Any prepaid access, refund rights and records we must retain remain subject to applicable law.

8. Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The date on this page identifies the current revision. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and seek agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights that arose before they took effect.
